Atheeb Group and Nesma Holding Company Signs an Agreement with Shms Publishing Company

Atheeb Group and Nesma Holding Company signed an agreement to purchase shares of Shms publishing and distributing limited and Shams Information Company for international publishing and development.

The agreement was signed by HRH Abdulaziz Ahmad Abdulaziz Al Saud, Chairman of the Board of Directors and CEO of Atheeb Group, Saleh Ali AlTurki, Chairman of the Board of Nesma Holding Company and Prince Turki bin Khaled AlFaisal, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the two companies, Shms Publishing and Distributing Limited and Shams Information Company for International Publishing and Development.

HRH Abdulaziz Ahmad Al Saud pointed out that the agreement will enhance and strengthen the cooperation between all the companies in all the fields of media which will support the development and innovation in a way that serves the modern media market in the Kingdom.

HRH Abdulaziz Ahmad Al Saud stressed that Atheeb Group signed this agreement because of the Group’s view in supporting the youth who are considered as the nation’s base and the highest proportion of its population. This view is in line with the view of Shms newspaper, which is considered as the leader in the Kingdom that targets the youth and their opinions and issues, in addition to caring about many issues that affect all classes of society.

Prince Turki bin Khaled AlFaisal welcomed this partnership and its results that will support this media project, which in return will lead to various other media projects. In addition, he applauded the position of Atheeb Group, Nesma Holding Company and their impact on developing the national economy.
